I'm using the Windows CHM version of PHP's help, recently downloaded from php.net. I've "unblocked" the download as well, before using the help file.
One every page of the help, the forward, back, up and menu links appear only as strings of question marks instead of the appropriate words or symbols.
Anyone else get this? Is there a workaround?
