I am in big trouble here:

I get this message:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected '\"', expecting ',' or ';' in /home/httpd/vhosts/greenwichroundtable.org/httpdocs/registration_form.html on line 233

when i try to load this page:
http://www.greenwichroundtable.org/registration_form.html

Code looks like this:
echo "<option value=\"".$titles['titleID']."\"". $selected . ">". $titles['title']."</option>";
}
echo "</select>";

I am working in DWeaver. I am not a programmer. Please help.

That code is not the problem, the error is above ...
