site error

when i try to login or complete registration for my site i get this error:

my site is smartinvestor.awardspace.com/login.php3

then if u complete registration (u only need user pw and email fakes work) it give u teh error

to log in:

to register:

That means that the database host db2 doesn't exist. Please check the mysql_connect line and make sure to use the correct hostname (or ip address) of the database server.

to tell you the truth... i have NO IDEA how to use mysql i just started and i'm confused.... do you think if i gave you the site admin thing u can help
