Windows has a "task scheduler" I believe....

And I also believe that solicitation for work is a violation of the board's Acceptable Use Policy.

ewwe, win2k. use the AT command pretty much the same as above i think.

you could also store all the users info into a database so that when the script runs it will check who should get the messages.
