Changing 404 page in Wordpress

Hi Guys,

If visitors go to

http://socialistcapitalism.com/2006/08/02/what-the-ethanol-industry-lacks-from-a-growth-investors-perspective/index.htm

people will see the correct url

However, if people see a url that cannot be parsed by the permalink function people will get a 404 error.

For example, http://socialistcapitalism.com/socialist/democracy

will lead to wordpress 404 template.

I want http://socialistcapitalism.com/socialist/democracy to become like

http://socialistcapitalism.com/?s=socialist+democracy

How can I do so?

This si a webserver issue in apache is something like this:

ErrorDocument 404 404.htm 

U should look for your webserver directive ...
