Open source wikitext?

Hi.
I'm working on a small custom made wiki for my website. I have to make my own becouse I have very spesific needs that no pre-made wiki's can give me.

I was wondering if there is a wikitext library that I can use so I dont need to make my own. That means Im looking for a library that for instance convert ==Header== to an html header. It would save me some time if there where some premade libraries for this.

No one know of such a library/class? It's prorably availeble somwhere just dont know where :-)
