anyone know one? it needs to be php 4, not php 5 due to compatibility issues!!

apache2triad, you can switch between 4 and 5

you can also you use xampp from apache friends 🙂

I've used the two and IMO, apache2triad is much better, has more features and the admin control panel is outstanding

Just my opinion though, not saying that is worth much
