Can I let a IPcam write to netwok disk

Hi,

I found a network disk with PHP, Mysql, ftp and Html and I wonder if its posible to write a code in PHP to let an IP/camera write the video to the network disk.

I want to have a video camera circuit with lets say 3 cams adding a picture every second to the network disk. The network drive I have in mind is the http://www.synology.com/enu/products/DS106serise/index.php

and the cams I dont know yet.
