Hey everyone I would like someone to give me the best advice on this.
Basically I have a "network bar" that I place on the top of all my sites, which has a dropdown menu box to interlink all my other sites. Basically I would like to really modify this idea out more.

Thats the direct link to the network bar, all I do is in every website I create after the body tag do a include('http://hh411.com/network/bar.php');
Well the part that I am writing about is the actual development. I would like a easy way to manage this bar instead of editing the actual php file everytime. I have a marquee and the drop down boxes, what do you guys suggest I do to manage this better?
