I HAVE THIS DATABASE PROBLEM WITH MY WEBSITE AND I NEED IT FIXED!

It's a problem with my dbconnect.php

I would like offer $15 to a member here who I can give my temporary password to and can fix my index file, it has errors and I am clueless and need my site launged asap! It should take only less than an hour to fix, very short code, maybe even less than 10 minutes to fix... I will pay through paypal.
