Desperatly need help

Hello, I am new here so I hope I phrase this right. I am needing to create a php script that will link administrative side to route server side together. Is there a way to do this? and if so how or is there a php script that will do this? Thanks so much for any help with this delema.

You will need to be about 40 times more specific in your request. (I'm still not sure we'll be able to help you but we'll give it a shot). You want to link the administrative side of what to the... what is it that you want to link it to? What do you have installed? Is it custom written? What are you trying to accomplish?

Sorry I did not explain what I am wanting right. What I need is a php script that will link the administrative side of web server to the route side of web server, I hope I said that right. Is this possible? if so How? or is there a php script that will allow this?
