PHP OOP, using it the smart way?

Hi, PHP people

I am now knowledgeable to use PHP OOP classes.
I know how to code them but i think i'm still lacking of ideas on how to use them properly, intelligently, wisely and practically.

Can you guys show me a good links that teaches how to use OOP the smart way and practically?

Please don't tell me the basics of PHP OOP, because what i want is when to use it properly and when to apply them the smart way?

You could try reading Thinking in Java. Its a great book on OOP principles and really, Java is not that far removed from php so its pretty easy to follow. There is a free pdf download available on that site.
