[RESOLVED] "HTML Formated " not working??

when i Submit_News, i found that there are three choice: Extrans (html tags to text), HTML Formated and Plain Old Text, when i choose "HTML Formated ", i press the "preview" button, everything is ok, but i enter the admin control panel, in the "Submissions", i found my "HTML Formated articals" changed into Plain Text, what is the problem?

i use phpnuke, can Submit News to the website, like: http://www.phpnuke.org/, you can see in this web site : http://www.agantavas.org.uk/modules.php?name=Submit_News, beside "preview" button, there are three choice: Extrans (html tags to text), HTML Formated and Plain Old Text.
