[Newbie] PHP form help

Hey. I have this PHP form for a jobs application form.

And I got this error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DNUMBER in /home/hexborad/public_html/site/jobs.php on line 80

Here is the line:

Once again, same issue. If you want us to debug PHP errors, we need to see the surrounding PHP code.

If I had to guess, it sounds like unescaped delimeters.

Post the entire script (especially that with PHP) including other pages the script might refer to, then it might be possible to answer your query with specificity.

After digging through all that for some PHP to debug:

What is this
supposed to do? It doesn't make any sense at the moment.

I'm not too sure. I'll tell you the truth lol. Well I didn't make this form. But I edited it just to say: upload to box.net/lite. And as soon as I had edited it using the cpanel, then it came up with the error message. And I posted on here to see if it would be fixed, cos when the owner of the site gets on, he's gonna be angry lol.

Any ideas?

Kind of looks to me like is should be

<? $ip = getenv('REMOTE_ADDR'); PRINT("$ip"); ?>

Since it tries to print $ip.

If that doesn't help, you should post lock.php to.
