PHP and RSS?

Hello everyone... I'm hoping someone out there can help me out on this...

I am looking to get Technology News on my website. I found an RSS feed that Fox News provides. (link below)

How do I get that RSS data to automatically update on my website? I know it can be done... I've seen it done in ASP, but my server only supports PHP.. no ASP

Can someone help me out? I have no clue where to begin with this!!
