So I was having some issues with php 4 so I decided to upgrade to 5, now when I go to any php page I receive the following error message

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server.

however regular html pages work fine with no problems in the same directory. any ideas?

    Justin, I've had this exact same problem, what you need to do is restart your server so that it can load the newly added DLL files. after you do that it should work fine.
