to all guru how can i compare if total time succeed 16 hours?

how/where are you storing the individual times?

i have this field (time_in,time_out) whereas this field is Integer eg: 2373837447 and when i fetch this i use to convert to day and hour
to get the total hours i subtract time_in-time_out and get the total hours using date format
how can i compare if the total hours exceed 16 hours

it appears that you are storing your in/out times as unix timestamps. calculate all of the differences and then see if they total more than 57600 (the number of seconds in 16 hours).
