How to output data from the DB in a form of array?

I have these information below and i want those data to be outputted in a form of array wherein it will display all the records that has the same memberID's... what should be done to make it happen?

These are the records from the database

[U]tracking_ID[/U]          [U]Name[/U]                  [U]Age[/U]             [U]Address[/U]
   0001            John Smith              20               USA  

   0001            Joshua Burton           25               USA
   0001            Daniele Bart            30               USA

This should be the format of the output:

 tracking_ID:  0001
 Name: John Smith
 Age: 20
 Address: USA

 tracking_ID:  0001
 Name: Joshua Burton
 Age: 25
 Address: USA

 tracking_ID:  0001
 Name: Daniele Bart
 Age: 30
 Address: USA

If using MySQL, this is the process I use in my MySQL Class:

            $data = array();
            $ix = 0;
            while($row = mysql_fetch_assoc($result))
            {
               foreach($row as $key => $val)
               {
                  $data[$ix][$key] = $val;
               }
               $ix++;
            }

You need to be able to query the actual field names of your query, as well as the data:

$resMembers = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM tbl_Members WHERE traking_ID='0001'", $dbConn);
for ($i=0; $i < mysql_num_rows($res); $i++) {
  $arrayMember = mysql_fetch_row($resMembers); // Now you record information is in an array
  for ($j=0; $j < mysql_num_fields($resMembers); $j++) {
    $rowInfo = mysql_fetch_field($resMembers, $j); // Puts row information into array
    echo $rowInfo["name"] . " : " . $arrayMember[$j] . "/n";
  }
}

This should give you the field info you require - I haven't tested it, so apologies if it is a little quirky!!
