Object use to call row in table

I want to do this procedure:

Table name: Shipment
Rows in shipment: 1. Place
2. Courier <Courier Cost>
3. Post <Post Cost>

I want to add 2 radiobuttons to give customer to select between "Courier" or "Post" and 1 dropdown menu to display the "Place".

When customer choose "Courier" RadioButton, the courier cost will appear according to "Place" in dropdown menu. Same goes to, when customer select "Post" RadioButton, the post cost will appear in the dropdown menu.

Please help cause I can't find reference for this procedure.
