[RESOLVED] Date display format

Hi All,

I know this must have een asked before but I have searched and cannot find the solution i need.

How do I display dates so that they appear like "day, month and year".

I currently have

<?php echo  $row_results['date']; ?>

which displays the date as "2006-08-01" (year, month, day)

Any help would be great.

echo date('d m Y', strtotime($row_results['date']));
