[RESOLVED] Reporting

hello,

i have a performance problem, maybe you can help me with that....

i have several databases with different( but the basics are similar ) tablestructures.
( example: a db for each week, some have additional cols )
my boss wants a report on all the dbs, where you can see what happened.

i already tried temp-tables( SELECT INTO ..... into memory-engine ) but thats still not
fast enough( although its a speedup by factor 3 )....

do you have any idea how to speed that up?????

1) Index the columns used to select rows

2) Get faster hardware

i have indexes on all relevant cols,
faster hardware is not avail., i already made a speed-up by 2 times
and was wandering, if there is an another way for this
