Umm... there are plenty of prebuilt scripts that do this that look like ebay.
To get anything close to what ebay has, you'll need about 50 coders working like 30 hours a day (yes, I said it: 30 hours per DAY) to catch up to them. But hotscripts.com has a few that are good enough.
