Hi, I'm trying to do a php software where you connect to the web with a username and password and you can send automaticals mails to the people you choose (of course you have to add your own people), you can also configure the mail, the sender and stuff...

however, :/ I don't know if this is legal and if I can charge anything to use this..

would you give me a hand here?

I dont see anything elegal about it. I doupt you would get too many users however if you tried to charge for it.
