problem upgrading PHP from 4 to 5

How to upgrade to the latest PHP version using the above specification?
My current server configuation are
• OS: Linux (Fedora Core 3)
• Database Server: MySQL 5.0.11
• Web Server: Apache 2.0.x
• PHP version 4.3.11

Maybe its available in YAST? (I think thats Fedora's package manager?) Otherwise, follow the manual and compile and install manually.
