ie:

i'm goin to try explain better my question....

i begin to see the code from other person that develop PHP site and in lots of part of the code he use something like that:

and now i'm trying to find if is something normal or when normally its use or why ....
i supose that its not so normal use this...

My guess is that it's something put in there by a wysiwyg tool such as Dreamweaver (Although I am not aware of Dreamweaver using these) , to prevent subsequent modifications by the tool itself. I guess that the code [LTY0Yy0xYy0xODh... is a hash of the contents so that it is tamper-evident.

Because it's a PHP comment, PHP itself won't take any notice of it. It must have been placed there by some other tool.
