Gathering information across multiple pages

I am writing a website where I need to gather information across multiple pages. I am thinking of storing this information in Session variables. And then pulling it together at the end. It seems easy enough, but I was wondering if this is the best way to do this? Is there another way, what are the pros and cons of this? Is there a certain way to go about this? Thanks for any help in advance.

I'd use sessions. You could also use hidden form variables, but sessions are easier and cleaner.
