Making Confirm Password Script

Hey guys, I am making a script that I want to put in <fieldset> and <legend> tags. I have those down, but I wanted to make a password and confirm password part. However, I don't know how to code that. I am pretty use it is using JavaScript, where you would make it blah blah blah=true or blah blah blah=false. Can anybody help?

This is untested, but place this after your close form tag and adjust the fieldnames:
