What I believe you really want is an installation program that will install a webserver PHP and a database management software such as MySQL. So the answer is simple XAMPP available at this LINK

There is also WAMP available this LINK
This new release of WAMP5 now comes with PHP 5.1.6, Apache 2.0.59, MySQL 5.0.24a and phpmyadmin 2.8.2.4.
Since i'm a bit late for this release, I've added extra items in the menu for the PHP settings to make you forgive me.
The PHP4 and MySQL admin add-ons have also been updated.
Of course, you can directly upgrade from 1.6.x versions.
for more info, see the changelog
Then strictly for the MAC there is MAMP which is at this LINK
The abbreviation MAMP stands for: Macintosh, Apache, Mysql and PHP.
With just a few mouse-clicks, you can install Apache, PHP and MySQL for Mac OS X!
Often sought-after and now available from living-e AG, MAMP installs a local server enviroment in a matter of seconds on your Mac OS X computer, be it PowerBook or iMac. Like similar packages from the Windows- and Linux-world, MAMP comes free of charge.
MAMP is installed in the typical Mac fashion: very easily. MAMP will not compromise any existing Apache installation already running with your OS X. You can install Apache, PHP and MySQL without starting a script or having to change any configuration files!
What's more, if MAMP is no longer needed, it is sufficient to delete the MAMP folder and everything returns to its original status (i.e. MAMP does not modify any of the "normal" OS X).
Good Luck and start using PHP as well as other applications within minutes of download of any of the above mentioned installation programs. Hope this answer will help not only you but others that read this link. Personally I like and use XAMPP.
