[RESOLVED] Query Problem

Hello,

I have a query problem. I have 3 tables. job_seeker_reg, job and jobmail.
In job_seeker_reg table, there there are columns JSRID(Primary Key), Name, Email.
In job table there are columns JobID, Title
In jobmail table, there are columns JMID, JSRID, JobID, Date.

From job_seeker_reg table, I peak all the email addresses of job seekers and Mail them jobs that i find in the job table. And insert the job mailing records in jobmail table so that i dont mail a job twice to a perticular job seeker.New Jobs are posted everyday and I have to mail the jobs everyday.

What I have done is I have mail the jobs and insert the records in jobmail table. Its ok and working.

The problem is "How will I omit the jobs from the query that are send to a perticular job seeker so that he cant get it again"?

Easiest if you have subquery support, which depends on your version so look it up.

$sql = "SELECT jobid, title FROM jobs WHERE jobid NOT IN (SELECT jobid FROM jobmail WHERE jsrid = " . $jsrid . ")"

The Problem is, after i have run subquery, my mysql version problem. It does not support subquery.
