windows cpanel??

Good Afternoon,

I have a Windows Home Edition PC that has Apache 2.0.58, PHP5, MySQL5, PHPmyAdmin x.xx.x (the latest version), and FileZilla FTP Server (installed myself,,, didnt come with the package).

I would like to start my own hosting company for people in my town and i was wondering where i could get a free admin/user cpanel that allows me to make FTP Accounts, limit bandwidth and disk quota.

I searched for some but they were payware only. please help.

if the cpanel includes emails,, thats fine.. i'll have it on there even though i wont offer it.

If you are going to start a hosting company using a windows pc i would not use home edition due to its lack of security and features. I would first recommend utilizing something like server 2003 or server 2003 web edition

Yea, i know that.. i have windows home edition right now, i'm in the process in buying win Server 2003 Enterprise and a new pc.

I would like a cpanel for this though, then i will plan on transfering it to the other pc
