😕 I am not sure if there is anything out there that will help speed the design of a site I need to put up. Here is a breif description of what it needs to do:
Customer signs up.
Customer has a service account that will be paid by PAYPAL.
Customer will go to a link for a product, say a "widget"
Based on the customers zip code, with option to change it.
It will bring up 10 vendors in thier region that carries that part.
Customer can choose to send a email to all 10 or just 3 or so of them.
Vendor that belongs to group will then get a email that customer wishes to purchases a widget. They will send a email back, to the account on the site, not straight to the customer with the price and when they will have it available.
If the customer is happy with it they will contact the vendor via telephone that they wish to have the item shipped or picked up.
Would like to have a rating system for each of the vendors and the customers.
Has any one seen or heard of such a item. Would like to see if there is one out there rather then inventing the wheel again. :rolleyes:
