error in your SQL syntax help

Hi, I install a script on my xampp test server thing, everything install fine but when I add a listing I get this error.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'out) as tout from hl_traffic where listing_id = 1 and date + interval 7 day > no' at line 1

But when I install it on my online host and add a listing everything works fine? how come it doesnt work offline for me when using the xampp server thing. HELP!

Pretty tough for us to tell without seeing the code. My first guess though would be a difference in register_globals settings, with the script depending on it being turned on (which as you may be finding out is not a good way to program for portability).
