PHP Troubleshooting....Help

I have been developing a website on a desktop machine. I since got a laptop and installed PHP, MySql and IIS (all same versions as the desktop). My pages do not load on the laptop. I only get blank screens.

Can anyone help me try to troubleshoot this?

Never mind...got it figured out. I didnt bring over the Connections folder for my PHP setup.
