Why my footer.php file work good exept for one page only?

Hello,

Yesterday i wanted to try all the features of my turnkey website, and i found a page that contain a error.

So Why all the footer's layout page are working good with all the website exept with this page:
http://www.smartcoyote.com/lookup.php

The background of the table is missing, i am pretty sure a syntax code like this is missing <td class="bottom_bg"> but where?

Please help to fix it.

Use in your http://www.smartcoyote.com/templates/style.css

.bottom_bg {
background-image: url(/images/bg_bottom.gif);
height: 30px;
}

OR

.bottom_bg {
background-image: url(http://www.smartcoyote.com/images/bg_bottom.gif);
height: 30px;
}

Do not use :
.bottom_bg {
background-image: url(../images/bg_bottom.gif);
height: 30px;
}
