Does anyone know of a script where physical files get booked in and out?

A file will be received and captured on the system:
File Number
Account Number
Customer Name
Date Received
Time in
Time out
In/Out
Notes

Should be very simple, but I just thought I'd check if there is one available.

Do u want a php script that knows what I do when I use a ftp client or something else? if u find one or u create one, dont forget to share with us ...

Maybe something that will read server log, if u have rights ...

No, I need a module which can control in and out going files.
Physical files. Like a storing facility.
More or less like a DVD rental, but more simplified.
