Do you mind if I ask why you use nested tables? They are a nightmare to maintain plus you could get the same result with div's and css!

To place text to right of image alter your image file as so:
<IMG SRC="miraclestudios-in.png" WIDTH="140" HEIGHT="90" ALIGN="left" ALT="">

or you could give the image a class then do it through your css!
