I have a form that I can change the football league tables but when I change it I get the following error.

The code needed is only the RELEVANT part, normally a few rows before the error and a few rows after. Noone will read through all the code you posted to help you out, it is simply to much code.

Basically I have a page that displays a league table and fixtures.

Within this I have a forum that allows me to change season, division and select matches for an individual team.

When I change the division I get the error

One thing that is really got me stumped is that I am using xampp and have the same version of php and mysql and I can't replicate the problem.
