Importing contact list from yahoo, msn, aol ... etc

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to import contact lists from yahoo, hotmail, AOL, Gmail ...etc. Do they have a web services for that?

I have done a search in Google but only thing I could find is paid scripts. I like to do my own script and if any one knows how please let me know.

Any guiding also very much appreciates it.

Do they offer an XML download of your contact list? If so, that's what you'd want to use. You'd need to process the login (possibly using cURL) and then go get the XML contact list. Once you have the XML, you can use libxml or any of PHP's extensions to iterate through the XML structure and get the info you need. Or you could make your own parser.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry That I dont know. 😕 I have know idea whether they have such an xml.

I think they have a web service for that but really couldn`t found out much details abt it.
