hi, i'm new to php and databases and i'm trying to extract and update information in a field in a table. For example, this is my table :

| id | animal | weight
+---+-------+--------+
| 1 | eagle | 100
| 2 | dragon | 1050
| 3 | lion | 200
| 4 | tiger | 300
+---+-------+--------+
and i'm trying to update the weight of the animals. Now pretend i dunno the weight of each animal, i just wanna increase the weight by a particular amount. So i'm looking for a query that does:
select the row by the animal name and increase their weight by x
anyway i can do this? thanks in advanced
