acessing two tables from access

hi there

actually i have a problem in acessing two tables in access as i need to reference coloums of one table to rows of another table how can i do this plz help

my database tables are like this
table1
course T1 T2 T3 T4

and Table2
T's Description
T1 How to perform test
..... ................
..... ...............

now for a perticular course i have to select which T's are applicable and corrospondingly i have to display there discriptions

You need to learn how to do JOINS. Now the sql syntax for Access is very different from that for MySQL or MSSQL so I'm not going to put in a link to those manuals. Best thing to do is to run the Access db from your desktop and use the inbuilt query designer and/or help system. Access lets you drag and drop tables, columns and joins and generates the sql for you. Once you have the correct results you can then view the SQL to see what should be written. You can also save the query as a named query and just call that from php, or copy paste it into your script if you cannot figure out how to do that when passing parameters to a named query.
