FCK Editor + URLs

Hi all,

I am using FCK Editor to update my text content in a Database.
I want to create a link to a page on same site. I create the link to this... http://terminology.php

but the below link is created instead. Any ideas why??

[url]http://fx_procedures/%5C%22http://terminology.php%5C%22[/url]

The page with the link is...
[url]http://fx_procedures/[/url]

heres my php page to call fck editor...

	 <?php
			$oFCKeditor = new FCKeditor('FCKeditor1');
			$oFCKeditor->BasePath = 'FCKeditor/';
			$oFCKeditor->Value = stripslashes($content);
			$oFCKeditor->Create();
   ?>

adding stripslashes in the update page(database query) seemed to work...

$content = stripslashes($_POST['FCKeditor1']);
