Creating a search page

Hi

I have a database that contains houses, price, discription and photo etc. How can I create a page with a search box or dropdown menus that will look at the database and return what I have asked for in the search box or dropdown menus? I know this is a big ask, so a special thanks to anyone who can lead me in the right direction.

The table consist of columns which are: house_id, address, ref, high_lights, more_info, pics_thumbURL, and pics_mainURL
