Need PHP Coding Help!

I run a community called Connxxion. It's kind of like a MySpace site, we are builing it up to be similar. I'm having issues with the site upgrade and PHP modifications. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to partner with me this project? I have a previous post with one of the PHP issues I have run into.
