PHP not working in subdomain

I'm tearing my hair out over this:

http://www.hmcinteractive.co.uk/info.php == working fine
http://labs.hmcinteractive.co.uk/info.php == CGI Timeout

I'm using IIS 6.0 on Windows 2003 with PHP 5.1.4

Any help would be fantastic!

This is clearly a specific server config problem - contact your systems administrator.

That's probably true. Unfortunately he quit suddenly, so I'm the system administrator :queasy:

I was hoping someone on this forum might have an idea what's causing this / run into a similar problem before.

Should consider checking the doc_root in your php.ini file, could be one possible explanation. Also, check the 'Configuration' directive in the "Home Directory" tab of the site's properties dialog. You'll want to make sure that it has the .php extension and CGI in there.
