php script generates blank page regardless of error settings

hey there guys,

Someone using the nifty testimonial script I created has come to me with a problem. When he tries to log into the admin area, he gets a completely blank page(no source, no nothing). I had him turn on error reporting(all) on at the top of the page, and he still gets nothing. I had him create a page for phpinfo, and it shows as a completely blank page as well ????

He's running php 4.4.1 and mysql 4.0.21, and here's a link to the script that he's trying to run:

The server seems to run the login and frontend of my script just fine, but it won't generate anything on the admin index.

Any ideas I can pass along to him to get a better idea of what the problem is?

Did you run the phpinfo() script inside of the same directory as the admin page(s)? Maybe this is just a php configuration error?

I had him place a script with phpinfo in the same directory as the admin script. It comes up completely blank, just like admin index. If I go to the login script(also in the admin dir), it works fine(logs the user in then forwards them to the blank admin index), and if I try the script front end, it also works fine.

I don't know how to help him because I can't see his php settings. I thought maybe someone would know why this was happening.

I have phpinfo disabled on my server, but it gives a friendly notice telling you why it's disabled. When I try to run phpinfo on his server, I get a page with not a single character in the source.
