Hello everyone.
I am using php version: PHP Version 5.2.0 on Apche2.
It is a localhost/windows machine.
The complete error message and steps to get there are attached.
I believe I followed the pear manual correctly. I have used pear objects before but with a apache server called xampp so everything was pre-installed.
There are folders installed but there is nothing in them (except for a few files in .channels and .registry.
