this is a SMS messages site same as a Quote system , submit Sms , top sms , random sms , catagries , and some more feures

this maded by one of my friend and integrated with phpbb,,

now any body can tell me

Which CMS , or Which CMS Module can do same like there " SMS section"

Well, it's not part of the CMSs core functionality. You'd have to figure out (by searching their forums / extension / plug-ins databases) which one has a SMS plugin feature.

Your best bets would be to look at the following:

Joomla
phpNuke
Drupal

Matter of fact.... Joomla has a few SMS extensions...

Well i think You not Understand , what i am saying

it is not a "SMS sending" sites

it is a SMS "messages" site , like archive of Good , funny flirty sms messages

Okay, then ANY CMS will do. It's up to you to generate that database of messages, as i don't know of any that really come with them pre-done.

I am a little confused.... IF PHPBB is doing exactly what you want it to do on your friend's site, why not use PHPBB on YOUR site??

Well that is a custom module made by my friend , not orignaly with phpbb
