What values are sent to the php script when using a upload form?

When I use a form like this to upload a file, what values are sent to the php script? Is it only the filename as a regular string or is it other values as well?

I did what you told me to do and this is the result:

What is php91.tmp? I can see that it changes depending on the file I select.

It's the temporary name that the file has been given when saved on the server.

Does that mean that I can't upload all files in a folder at once with this method?

I want the user to point to a folder on his own harddrive with the help of my php script that is located at my domain, and when he clicks ok I want all files in that folder to be uploaded to my domain. Is that possible at all?

I know that the files can be zipped and uploaded as one file and then unzipped, but It's not a perfect solution.
