Using PHP to implode mysql results?

Supposing I have the following data in a table:

NAME | COLOR

mpolo | Green
mpolo | Blue
mpolo | Yellow
jfrost | Red
jfrost | Black
pbunyan | Brown
pbunyan | Silver
pbunyan | Gold
pbunyan | Bronze

How can I implode the results so that I echo this:

mpolo Green,Blue,Yellow
jfrost Red,Black
pbunyan Brown,Silver,Gold,Bronze
