Want to build a Website that...

Hi people,

I would like to build an automated website that basically operates like so:

1. Users subcscribe monthly (for a fee, paid via paypal)

2. They will then get a username/password (chosen by the user) (MySQL ?)

3. The Username/Password will be used to to access our information (which will be manually updated on a regular basis)

Users accounts should be froze once their subscription has expired and sent an email asking them to renew their subscription

Could someone please help me out as to how I would go about this?

I would do something like this:

1. Do a few tutorials to get to know databases and programming
2. Make everything on paper
3. Start programming, and start with the login part and the part that let you connect only if you are logged in
4. Do the paypal part, I'm sure that it says on the paypal page how to do that

If you get any trouble please ask. But look in the manual first and try to solve the problems before you ask.
